Q: How do I allow users to manage content?

Either click on Member Admin from one of your guild pages, or open up the Control Panel and click on "Site Members."  Select the member you want to grant administrative rights to, and you'll be able to check which areas of the site you want them to be able to adminster (News, Events, etc).  Be careful who you give Settings and Membership admin rights to, since members with this level of access can essentially remove any content they want to.
