If only we had a guild where everyone was on the same page.  We all had similar gear levels, play time, hours of availability, game goals, and guild loyalty.

But we don't.  We're a guild spanning the entire planet, from Malaysia to Los Angeles to Florida to Germany to Afghanistan and back again.  Our members span time zones, nationalities, races, ethnicities, cultures and values.

Some of us believe that living up to your commitments is the most important thing you can do.  Others don't see it as quite so important - promises are made to be broken, eh?

Some of us just hit 80, others have been 80 since a week after the expansion.  Some of us can play 40 hours a week, others only 1 or 2.

So how do we accomodate all these differences?  By recognizing that we're all human, that we all want to better ourselves (or at least our toons), and by tolerating the differences that make us individuals while at the same time condemning certain unacceptable behaviors (racism, hatred, etc).

If only that world of perfect harmony existed in the same universe as we do.  But since it doesn't, we'll just have to entertain ourselves with the drama that all this conflict creates.
