So I was cleaning up my inventory and I found this old unused key, Veeshan's Peak, and I thought "I'll just zone-in, put it on on my key ring, and then zone out quick before any nasty dragons get me" But, my gate spell didn't seem to work. Whoops! No gate or port from VP.So the question is: Do you think I can Pac my way to an exit? Divine Arbitration and run? Any suggestions?

DI and run won't work. I'm almost positive Pac won't either.Get the help of someone else who can rez. Kill yourself in the lava (this will avoid corpse camping problems). Make a corpse in PoK and go back to VP. Pull corpse from lava, rez yourself, and loot. Then get a rez on the corpse in PoK.The fix would be more complex but similar if you couldn't self-rez.

And just to confirm that Pac wouldn't have worked either -- I assume all the named are unpaccable, and there are other as-good-as-100% resisty ones in there too (the drake model ones).

There are also locked doors between you and all the possible exits.

Getting yourself out by doing the "two-step" is irritating but doable.  We did it for the whole raid the first time we went in there.

FYI - the arx key DOES work in VP, so you could also try to get in touch with someone in Temerity or DC who has one.  They can port you to the Arx in Sanctus Seru, then you can evac to the zone line.

Oh my, how cool is that! The signet of veracity earring is one of those must do quests on many lists. How nice to hear that the arx key has another very beneficial use.

Congrats to you Miuma on binding your VP key and I hope you're out safe and sound. Look forward to grouping with you again soon.
