Up until now, we haven't seen much of Ryan Reynolds as Green Lantern except for a very fuzzy ring on his finger. That's not because images haven't been leaking from the set (as they always do) but because the costume will be mostly computer-generated.

Thanks to Entertainment Weekly, we're finally getting a chance to see what Hal Jordan will look like after he powers up that awesome ring of his. Reynolds will be appearing on the cover of EW's special Comic-Con preview issue, which goes on sale July 16.

Says Reynolds of the intergalactic superhero, "Will and imagination are his superpowers. We need a circus of Timothy Learys to think of things Hal would invent with his ring."
