Dragon Ranks

Rankings in the guild are based an individual merit thus are not automatically rewarded to all players of an account.  If an account is shared but each essentially have their own characters this means, each person should have a guild portal login and post to rollcall and so forth, basically having their own identity within the guild.  When characters are shared completely where little distinction can be made, any personalities/deeds/actions of those playing the characters,  whether good or bad, will be taken in account anytime you are considered for promotion.

Since we need officers to be in game and checking the site to do the job those that are unable to do that regularly for an extended period will be demoted to Elder. This is not intended as a punishment, just necessary to keep our officer ranks to be members who can currently perform the responsibilities of the rank.

Puff-
Arouin is our main DragonMaster. She is the sole creator of the guild, the developer of the website (with some assistance), and while she has final say on all issues, she has entrusted the other puffs to make final decisions in her absense. All Puffs decisions are final, regardless of which Puff made it. On a side note, puffs travel in dozens of different bodies around the realms, so you never know when they are watching...

Dragon Pit -
This rank is for members who are being punished by the guild for an infraction of the Dragon Rules or the Dragon Code of Conduct, but who's infraction isn't serious enough to warrant them being stripped of their Dragon membership. Members in this rank can not speak in guild or alliance chat for the duration of their punishment, but they can see guild chat. The duration of a members stay in the Pit will usually abide by the following lists, depending on the severity and types of infraction.

1st Offense - 24 Hours
2nd Offense - 3 days
3rd Offense - 7 days
4th Offense - Removal from guild

Members who accidentally break the No Profanity rule will not be thrown in the Pit unless it becomes a common occurrence. They WILL be expected to publicly apologize in guild chat however.

If you are legitimately put in the Pit twice within any 3 calendar month block of time, you will be demoted to Caretaker rank and have to begin your climb again (Unless you are at Dragon rank).
