Okay I don't have favor everywhere but, here is the breakdown of what I have found so far.

Coin Lord Favor:
To claim coin lord favor you need to visitMonteague Godreau.  He is located just outside the bank in themarketplace.  He will give you an additional tab in your inventory forclaiming your first rank.

Coin Lords Rank 2:
For coin lords second rank which requires 150points of favor you get access to the little lady outside the harbourmasters house.  She can repair black holes for the price of 100,000gold.  A black hole is basically the fifth page of inventory spacewhich will allow you a total of 100 inventory spaces.

House P
To claim House P favor you must visit Maris D'Philaren. She can be found just outside the Actual House P inside the HousePhilaren quest area.  For gaining house P favor you get access to herbrother which is standing on the oposite side of the entrance.  He cancast extended spells on you for a fee.

House  Philadren Rank 2:
This is a good one for non magic folk. The person to see is the same however, for this rank you get a trinketcalled a time warp.  It is basically a perminant expiditious retreatwhen activated and not in a questing area.  (For those that don't knowexpiditious is much like a single target form of haste.)

House D
To claim House D favor go see Oleg D'Deneith.   He is onthe first deck as you approach house D in the house D questing area. He will give you access to Tarvin D'Denieth who will then sell you +3bolts/arrows/ammo.

House Denieth Rank 2:
The person to see is the same.  For this rank you get access to purchase 75% returning +3 ammo

House Jurasco:
The person to talk to is just outside the actualhouse in the questing area.  For your first rank they will cast clericspells like bless on you for a fee.  Very similar to house P exceptthese are cleric based spells like bless or poison immunity.

House Jurasco Rank 2:
The person to talk to is still the same.  You get access to even more spells at a lower price for 150 house j favor.

House Kundark:
For this rank you get the oportunity to expand your bank space by one page for a cost of 20,000 gold or 2,000 plat.
House Kundark Rank 2:
The person to see is the same for this rank you get a third page of bank space for an upgrade fee of 80,000 or 8,00 plat.

Silver Flame Favor:
The person to see is right outside the catacombs oposite the quest giver.  For first rank you get 1/2 off anyspells casxt by the priests in the taverns around stormreach.
Silver Flame Rank 2:
Theperson to see is the same.  For this rank you get a one time usetrinket.  It casts the blessing of the silver flame on your character. It can be used at any time and the blessing is permenant.  It speeds upyour around town regen.

Agent of Aggreneson Rank1:
The person tosee is right next to the teleport person to gianthold.  For this firstrank you get access to your choice of a siberys Dragonshard or acolapsable portable hole.

Agent of Aggreneson Rank2:

Therperson is the same.  For this rank you get a feat called DraconicVitality which Grants 10 permanent hit points to your character.

For 400 Total Favor:
Theperson to see is Nyx he can be found right outside the harbour mastershouse.   For this you recieve access to create drow toons
For 1750 Totlal Favor:
Theperson to see is still Nyx.  For this amount of favor you get twothings.  You get a +2 tome that binds to the character that claims the1750 favor and you get thhe ability to create toons with a 32 pointbase.  ( Remember base is what your str con dex wis int and cha arebased off of.  Not skill points.)
