It was a beautiful winter day.  The air was pleasantly crisp, and the sun was shining bright.  Mehilindra had done an incredible job of preparing the private gathering area in House Phiarlan for an intimate celebration. 

The couple had gathered this day to celebrate with their friends and comrades.  This was to be their wedding, a celebration of their unity.  This was a chance for them to proclaim their feelings in front of everyone.

Redalia smiled radiantly in her gown of webbed gossamer silk, such a pale white that it made her skin seem vibrant in comparison.  Opaque crystals of ice filled in the gaps in the webbing.  Long trailers flowed from where the sleeves ended at her elbows, just barely above the ground.  The high slit down the front of the dress allowed her stocking clad legs freedom of movement. 

Redalia took Mehilindra’s elbows in her hands and smiled adoringly at her.  “Mehilindra aina’Lalina, you are the Divine Light of your people.  But that is a pale thing compaired to what you are to me.  You are the Light that has illuminated my world.  You are the Love that has made me go on.  You are my ‘Lin, and I will allow nothing to come between us!”

As Redalia bowed and took Mehilindra’s hand she kissed the band of woven platinum that she had given her.  The ring twisted and moved as if it were a living, growing thing.  The iconic image of a Mordril tree slowly took shape, the leaves made of tiny garnets with a large diamond set in the middle of the trunk. 

Redalia straightened and smiled adoringly at Mehilindra, then spoke to her in Elven.  “You are Mehilindra MunÓre, and you are my wife.”

Lin took one of the winecups on the table, and then invited all of the others to come and take one.  The wine in them was fresh and new, just of the years harvest, and it smeeled light and sweet.

*smiling up to Red*   When we first met, Redalia and I were at the Phoenix, and I was sipping wine and talking with the patrons there.  I did not know that it would be a memorable day at the time, but from that day was borne our love.

Redalia, our love is like new wine, fresh and sweet, it is one of the greatest pleasures to enjoy.  And yet, even as the wine is new, as each vintage does, with each passing year it becomes better, more mature and more flavorful.  So is our love, that it may grow to overfilling the cup of our marraige.

Lin then offered up the cup of wine to Red, which she took a long sip from, after which they shared a long and deep kiss of two hearts joined as one on that joyous day.

Ill have to check to see if I can make it but as was said before you dont waste time do ya
