Mail Notification v6
by Mottie
Description
This mod opens a popup to notify you if you have a new mail message. It was written for users who wish to hide their top menu bar (state bar/log in bar). Or if you just want a bigger message telling you that you have mail. I've set it up to open either a growl window (timed popup) or a facebox (popup you have to close).
For more information on the custom variables, please see
this post
.
To style the growl window (pictured above), use the "Growl Window Styling" Mod or refer to
this post
.
To style the Facebox popup window, please refer to

Signup Status Color v5
by Mottie
Description
This mod will add CSS classes to the character status, so you can set the color yourself with the CSS and the script will do the rest. Within the script, you can set it to just color the Status column or the entire row. This is what it will look like:
*Note: this is an old screenshot, but the code still works

Fingers of Fury!
Is there any way to allow someone with member access to manage the layout (site settings) of our website? At the moment there is a constraint allowing only Super Admins access to site settings. However that means granting the user access to restricted forums and giving them access to everything else like memberships as well. Is there any way to disable or work around this constraint? Since the person managing the look of our website is not part of the leadership.
Thanks

I don't think so
I can't even have an officer included on the applications (join here emails).. has to be a super admin... which automatically gives them privy's to see it all.

You can't get away from the fact that to have someone edit your site settings you need to give them super admin rights.
However just because they have super admin rights doesn't mean they have to have unlimited access.
You can give a member rights to just the site settings but not to memberships this way you can retain some control over the site, EI they can't kick anyone out or give them selves more rights.
Just click the boxes you want them to have access to and don't click the ones you don't like memberships.

Be advised though, that if you give someone SuperAdmin access, they can edit the little boxes and give themselves any permissions they desire.
