My husbands characters don't show up on the guild roster. He has them all associated to the right guild. He unassociated, then associated one to see if it helps, but it didn't. He created a new one and it showed up but not the old ones. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Fingers of Fury!

here is what i posted for my guild members haveing issues.
If you're name isn't appearing on the roster, it is most likely because you either don't have any characters registered or you haven't associated your character with CrcleofFriends. To resolve this, follow these steps:
  1. Log into your GuildPortal account if you haven't already done so.
  2. Visit the roster by clicking on the "Roster" tab
  3. Click "Update Your Characters!" A table will appear listing the chararacters defined for your account.
  4. If you already have a character defined, proceed to step (5). Otherwise, click on the "Add New Character" button to add a new character to your GuildPortal account. Enter your character's name on Asura, select "Final Fantasy XI" for the game field, and select "Asura" for the server field. Then click "Add Character" to create the character and return to the character listing.
  5. Click on the Edit button next to your existing or newly created character.
  6. Click on the button beside "General Character Info."
  7. Verify that your character's server field is set to "Asura." If it isn't, change it to "Asura," click "Save General Info," and go back to step (5).
  8. Click "Manage Guild Associations." A list of guilds that your GuildPortal account beongs to will be displayed.
  9. Check the box to the left of "CrcleofFriends" and then click "Save."
  10. Visit the Roster page again (refreshing your browser window if necessary) and verify that your character is now listed.
