Cool that it has a welcome page. The site however I can criticize for you. The banner image seems a little squished in the middle for the width it appears to take up as a whole. The site has a good amount of information typed out however the seemingly random font colors here and there creates distraction and doesn't feel uniform with the page as well as your navigation bar, pinkish on red doesn't match the banner image or the black background or red headers on widgets or the black bars above the widgets. 

Heres my advice, treat coloring your website like you would when picking colors for painting a room in your house. You wanna go with 3 main colors that blend together well to create a theme, say like autumn would be orange, red, brown. Atm your site has blue, red, pink, black, white, yellow... I would stick with red, orange, black to keep a uniform look with the banner.
The font itself is fine white since its readable with your black background.

Your Roster is fully visable, idk if thats intentional but if you don't want others viewing your guild roster I would consider some members only settings on that page.

Other than that its a very good site with lots of content and well though out. You covered just about everything. So thats my advice, take it or leave it. Either way take care

Jackel, how does it look now?   I tried to go with mostly red, orange, red/orange colors, save for the list of instances we've completed.

LOL I love how you welcomed me, or is that a script that puts the name of the person viewing it on there? Either way that was pretty cool. Ya your site looks a lot more uniform this time around good job!
