Does anyone know a way to block / remove the wowdigger links from the calendar for drops that are entered for an event?

Im using the powered by wowhead js already so I'd rather now have the wowdigger links in there at all.

I've tried adding something similar to Mottie's posted code to remove tentonhammer links from the roster:

<script type="text/javascript">
$(document).ready(function(){
 $("a[href*='http://wow.tentonhammer.com']").each(function(){
  $(this).parent().html( $(this).html() );
 })
})
</script>

modifying the script for http://wowdigger.com

I've tried this both in a freeform box on the page as well as the footer to no avail.

Hi TheDevilsBrigade!

Try adding this script to your Calendar page... it has to wait 2 seconds after the page load to get rid of the links since the links are added after the page is loaded.

I tried writing a script to just change the link to wowhead, but it would require using the external PHP script that I used for the "Latest Loot" box script I wrote a while back. I'll work on this if you are interested.

<script type="text/javascript">
function removeLinks(){
 $("a[href*='wowdigger']").each(function(){
  $(this).parent().html( $(this).html() );
 })
}
setTimeout("removeLinks();", 2000);
</script>

Mottie thank you for your help as always

I added that code to my calendar page and it works like a charm in eliminating the wowdigger links, however in doing that it also removes the tooltips from wowhead that the powered by wowhead js was generating ;(

I can see that for having it real polished, yeah changing the links would be awesome, of course Im not sure how involved that would be

Hi again!

Ummm it shouldn't be doing anything with the wowhead links.... I removed the "http://" and the ".com" just in case it might be causing this issue. Tell me if that works.

Yeah either way its removing the links from the loot drops table.

Im going to dig into this a bit myself, the powered  by wowhead jscript has to be picking it up off the href.  I'll take a look at their script later and see what I can figure.

Hi again!

Could you show me which wowhead links are getting removed. I looked at your calendar page and I only noticed wowdigger links.
