Mail Notification v6
by Mottie
Description
This mod opens a popup to notify you if you have a new mail message. It was written for users who wish to hide their top menu bar (state bar/log in bar). Or if you just want a bigger message telling you that you have mail. I've set it up to open either a growl window (timed popup) or a facebox (popup you have to close).
For more information on the custom variables, please see
this post
.
To style the growl window (pictured above), use the "Growl Window Styling" Mod or refer to
this post
.
To style the Facebox popup window, please refer to

Signup Status Color v5
by Mottie
Description
This mod will add CSS classes to the character status, so you can set the color yourself with the CSS and the script will do the rest. Within the script, you can set it to just color the Status column or the entire row. This is what it will look like:
*Note: this is an old screenshot, but the code still works

Fingers of Fury!
Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has developed a scripting or an ability to make a widget for the sole purpose of capturing new Blue Posts from Blizzards Blue Post Tracker and the widget updating those blue posts.
If this has already been addressed or discussed would you mind posting the link? Thank you.
I tried this one widget from a widget website but it doesn't work properly.

Hi -Aggtostix-!
You can do this by adding a RSS Feed widget:
Do the following:
Go to Control Panel > Pages & Content (Widgets) > {choose a page} > Add Widget tab
Title: Type in the title of the widget
Type of Widget: RSS Feed
Location: select a location (I think left or right would be best)
Click [ Add this Widget ]
You should now be in the "Widgets/Content" tab, click the "Edit" icon inside the widget you just added
URL: http://blue.mmo-champion.com/sections.rss
Items to display: { choose a number between 1 and 30 }
Click [ Save ]
Go to your website and reload the appropriate page.

If you notice on MMO-Champions main page they have certain blue posts that they actually show not just a link to the blue post. Is there a way to make my Blue Posts show like that instead of the RSS links from the feed? I want people in the guild to just go to the site, click on my blue post section, and then you can read from there the blue post or at least a portion of the blue post and if they want to read more of the blue post then they can click the blue post and it will direct them to the site. Is this at all possible? My main issue is there are tons of blue posts. I would like a bit of the blue post next to the link or under it so we know what it is in relation to. A summary of some sort.
Thank you by the way for helping me thus far. It does work, however, the above request still stands from guildies HAHA. Your still awesome.

Maybe you can try this script I put together... it lists the entries and when you hover over the link, the post (partial) shows up in the tooltip.
Version 1.3
is one script to use; version 1.4 just puts the results in two columns.

Ok guildies state they want the whole blue post to show up. I would have to manually do that...is that correct?
