Mail Notification v6
by Mottie
Description
This mod opens a popup to notify you if you have a new mail message. It was written for users who wish to hide their top menu bar (state bar/log in bar). Or if you just want a bigger message telling you that you have mail. I've set it up to open either a growl window (timed popup) or a facebox (popup you have to close).
For more information on the custom variables, please see
this post
.
To style the growl window (pictured above), use the "Growl Window Styling" Mod or refer to
this post
.
To style the Facebox popup window, please refer to

Signup Status Color v5
by Mottie
Description
This mod will add CSS classes to the character status, so you can set the color yourself with the CSS and the script will do the rest. Within the script, you can set it to just color the Status column or the entire row. This is what it will look like:
*Note: this is an old screenshot, but the code still works

Hi All,
So I think I'm officially starting to go insane. I've been working on "GuildWarsing" our site, and I'm having some serious issues with the formatting on the event calendar.
My main problem is the actual events are picking up their style from "fullcalendar.css" not the custom CSS i have set up. Is there any way around this other than putting a css file in the footer to have it overwrite? or is there some way to access the fullcalendar.css?
My guild calendar is here:
http://serenityhome.guildportal.com/Guild.aspx?GuildID=448557&TabID=3842913
Any help would be appreciated

OK.. I ended up putting a custom CSS file in the footer and it seems to have fixed most of my problems. The "default" event type still can't be changed though, at least i can't find it...

Hi Eileithia!
It sounds like it might just be an issue with
css selector specificity
, check out this post I made on
Calendar Styling
. Also, in case you want to use a partially transparent background, you can use the css3 rgba color setting as
described here
.

Thanks Mottie,
I actually pulled the CSS sheet you have on your site, edited the bajezus out of it, and put it in the footer. Seems to have fixed most of my issues. I think the problem I was having originally is that the CSS sheet for "fullcalendar.css" is appearing below the GPCss sheet in the HTML code. because both files were using the same class names, the browser was giving fullcalendar.css priority.
Thanks for the RGBA reminder.. it's been a while since I've used CSS3 and completely forgot about that little nugget!
