Well, since you stick your neck out like that... ;PI'm no expert, but judging as a casual observer I think you might want to work on the following. * Contrast, there's a sharp contrast between background, header and text, but the buttons don't share this. Lift the text on the buttons with sharper colors so they're easier to read. * I find it hard to discern the newsitems from each other. Good idea to put a gif at the beginning (From the "Lets own Kull" post). You might want to keep doing that. I'm gonna lift your idea and use it on my own site * Unused pages just clutter and disappoint. Take away Vote and Calendar until you have some content (maybe you do, and I don't have access), anyway, you get the idea.Other than that - not too shabby at all.
