Becoming Adept!

I'm not sure if this is an idea or a question.

I administer a site that uses the Three-column layout underneath the banner.
What I would like to do is make the basic colours (box background and text) of both side columns be the reverse (or at least different) from the colours used in the main middle column.  I still want the headers to be the same for all widgets.  And I'm not interested in the "picture border" that's available on which the side columns can lay (if I chose to use it).  It's the colours within the boxes themselves that I want control over.

I haven't conducted an exhaustive search, but I also haven't yet found an example in Guild Portal where an Administer has done such a design.

Is it possible?

Hi Sable Davis!

I posted a method to do this a while back... I haven't updated it in a long long time, but it still works. The only thing I would do different now would be to NOT use the Full custom stylesheet and add all of the new css to the "CSS Additions to Standard" tab. If you have any questions, please feel free to post it here or message me directly.
