Javascript is a useful tool for adding things to the web page, whether it be a customized menu or falling snowflakes for the holidays.  Right now, the only place to enter such scripts is in the custom banner area.  The problem I'm having is that only affects the banner area.  It would be nice to have some place to imput javascript that would affect both the banner area and the rest of each page.

For example, if I create a custom menu in javascript which slides up and down the side of the page as the user scrolls, it won't currently go beyond the banner area, since that is where I have to enter the script.  Would it be possible to add a custom script input area to the control pannel in order to further customize entire pages?
