Description
This mod allows you to add a YouTube video and change the player styling along with other options. Also, you can easily add a mp3 audio file using the basic Google mp3 player
or a player that can easily be styled (Wordpress player)

Description
This mod opens a popup to notify you if you have a new mail message. It was written for users who wish to hide their top menu bar (state bar/log in bar). Or if you just want a bigger message telling you that you have mail. I've set it up to open either a growl window (timed popup) or a facebox (popup you have to close).

Description
This mod will add CSS classes to the character status, so you can set the color yourself with the CSS and the script will do the rest. Within the script, you can set it to just color the Status column or the entire row. This is what it will look like:

I actually went through and spent 3 hours giving every member of my site the ability to add Events.
When someone is bumped from level 2 to level 3 (full member status on the site), I give them the ability to add Events.
This hasn't caused any problems, except one. Even though I have the directions there, no one seems to be able to figure out how to do it!! The Officers on the other hand receive a bit of training so do. So I can see how having this would be a nice feature. Maybe make it optional, so if you use it for an event, you know said person can't receive IM's from clicking on their name.
Either way, now that I spent all the time giving people access to the Events calendar, it doesn't really affect me, cause I very little compulsion to go and change it again

First, thanks for commenting on several proposed changes, Aaron. I guess I just want your thoughts on how difficult something might be more than an actual ETA and you have been giving me that.
As for emailing, perhaps a page could be added to the event editor with a list of members like we have when we email a specific guild member. Since we could only select current guild members, they could be added as the event host with the ability to email them.
Bottom line is, i don't want all my guildies to have access to the events editor but I'd prefer the hosts name be listed in the small box rather than mine just because I posted the event. Like other members, we encourage any member to run an event.

Hmmm... How about event submissions, like news submissions? Approved by an administrator, but all of the original details would be provided by the submitter?
This would be nice!

Ahhh alrighty. I added a drop-down box with a listing of all guild members to the events editor, and it defaults to the current person entering an event, but allows selection of anyone in the guild. Will go live tonight.

Thanks for letting us add who is hosting an event on the events calendar! I like that I can put the name of the person guildies & recruits should be contacting with questions for the event/raid.For the renaming logins-- could that be limited to the site admins? We'd only be able to change it if the person was a member of our community (ie did the JOIN X step). If the person still wanted their login reset, then they could contact the GP Admin team the way they have been. Or maybe add an Alias field so if there's anything in there, that's the name that would appear yet it would still afford someone from banishing someone from their site since they would be banishing the login vs the alias. This would help too when we have members who change their toons. You could also let the site admins specify if they will allow aliases on their site. If not, then the login name always appears. Otherwise we see the alias. You could have it on the site member list as
alias (login name)
so we could see both if we allowed aliased names.Hopefully all that made sense.

The event host works GREAT for our alliance. I am usually the one entering all the events into the calendar, but we have many different guilds hosting the events.
