Naturally, I love the new, member-administered Needs List content type.  I do have a couple of questions and suggestions though.

First, who can delete a "Need"?  In other words, can everyone delete everyone else's or is the ability to delete a need tied to a certain security level?

Second, I'd like to strongly suggest that you add the ability to EDIT your own "needs".  A lot of our members, in testing this, have found that they want the ability to edit a "need" to add progress information or to correct mistakes rather than having to delete and completely recreate the need.

Next, could we change the priority levels?  In typical conversation, we say, "What is your number one priority?".  In this implementation, that would indicate the lowest priority.  Can we flip the priority levels to have a priority of one (1) being the HIGHEST priority?

Also, can we add an additional view to show needs sorted by priority and THEN user submitting?  In addition to being able to see all needs, sorted by user, I'd also like to see a sort of what are the highest priorities to my members.

Finally, can we add an additional view to show a summary that would include only the User submitting, Personal Priority, For Which Character, and Ultimate Goal or Reward fields in a double-line-item format?
