I set up a guild for DDO to be able to schedule questing.  However, I have a hard time getting the members to actually check the website.  In the feature request, I asked if a member could subscribe to an entire forum (with email notification).  I didn't find any request tracker.  My question is, how do you know if that feature will be implemented or not?

****EDIT****
I just scanned thru the forum to see if someone else already asked this and didn't find it.  So, if this question has already been asked, I apologize in advance.

Theres no forum subscribing, but there is an automated reminder under member admin/member tasks/idle monitor. You could set that to gently remind your members of all the hard work you've put into your site.
You can set reminder at one day to one million and any text you want, but it relies on members accepting e-mails from the site, a feature which they can block. It also has an exceptions list and can be used to remove people from the site (they have to re-apply) after a set period on inactivity.

(PS. sorry I missed your xml question Jovena)

Ursan,
This is great info!  But, I feel dense.  I just went to the member admin page and the only thing I saw was "Announcement".  What's the feature you're describing called?

Ok go to 'member admin' and on the left of the page is 'member tasks' box. Within that go to 'idle monitor' and you get the choice between an idle warning or a boot from site warning, with optional auto disband from site.
Its not the best solution as members can de-activate it as I said. You will have to make  members allow e-mail from site to make it work.(characters/settings under preferences tab)
