Mail Notification v6
by Mottie
Description
This mod opens a popup to notify you if you have a new mail message. It was written for users who wish to hide their top menu bar (state bar/log in bar). Or if you just want a bigger message telling you that you have mail. I've set it up to open either a growl window (timed popup) or a facebox (popup you have to close).
For more information on the custom variables, please see
this post
.
To style the growl window (pictured above), use the "Growl Window Styling" Mod or refer to
this post
.
To style the Facebox popup window, please refer to
this post
.

Signup Status Color v5
by Mottie
Description
This mod will add CSS classes to the character status, so you can set the color yourself with the CSS and the script will do the rest. Within the script, you can set it to just color the Status column or the entire row. This is what it will look like:
*Note: this is an old screenshot, but the code still works

Thanks for the quick fix on the admin buttons.
For future - could we possibly see them show up without the accompanying downward bump of widgets? It's kind of distracting and unnecessary when you run your mouse over 4 widgets and just want to hit a link like a normal person.
I'm guessing you're running across that on a site that uses custom HTML for the widget containers? Yeah I'll have to fiddle with that a little, but I'll get it working like it does with point-and-click styled widgets.

Yes and yes, and thanks.

I like the changes to the shout box updating and the css for the shout box. But the default for the shout box has put the shouts starting next to the name again, rather than a new line, and it seems that the shout is at a different vertical alignment than the name. I can probably fix that though, I just have to look into the new css for it.
For anyone using a vertical shoutbox, I think it would definitely be preferable if the colons were just dropped and a break was thrown in after each username to start the shout. Also, we currently aren't seeing any sort of margin following the end of a shout, so it runs directly into the next user's avatar. I tried adding some myself via the CSS but it chopped a hole in our custom HTML borders.

I'll fix that.
Update:
Heading out to a birthday party, so I'll push another hotfix when I get back. I suspect people might be getting a little irked over the frequent service restarts anyhow.

The new delete/rename/edit function that pops up over the widget header when you mouse over a widget is awesome.
Aaron, I honestly don't mean to be negative but I'm finding all those admin edit buttons distracting as they are popping up like whack-a-moles as I move my mouse around the page!
I'd like to be able to hide them or at least change them to control how fast they pop up.
We have a mod option called "Hide Admin Edit Buttons" but this change broke it. I was using that mod to only show the edit buttons for widgets I update frequently. Could you please work with Mottie to get the mod working again or give us a tool to control how long you have to hover over a widget before they popup? Or, even a way to disable some of them?
Thanks.

I have a a member in my community that I granted "Forum admin" rights to but he is not able to use the "edit" button to customize the forum sections like he could before the update. Is there anyway you could alow non-super admins that have forum admin rights the ability to use the forum admin edit window?

Thank you for that fix. Now we have another small problem. We have a voting poll going on and even though it shows 6 people have voted it doesn't show the votes in the poll.

We use
Raid/Op Groups List for our roster and I as superadmin can no longer add/delete members from it. When I click edit on it, its showing the following
This content type is display only. You may still use this window to change the title, however.
Was working fine yesterday
