Mail Notification v6
by Mottie
Description
This mod opens a popup to notify you if you have a new mail message. It was written for users who wish to hide their top menu bar (state bar/log in bar). Or if you just want a bigger message telling you that you have mail. I've set it up to open either a growl window (timed popup) or a facebox (popup you have to close).
For more information on the custom variables, please see
this post
.
To style the growl window (pictured above), use the "Growl Window Styling" Mod or refer to
this post
.
To style the Facebox popup window, please refer to

Becoming Adept!
Ok, I'v read this whole forum and I'm still lost. I added the updated script for ICC and the footer stuff. I can see the icons and tooltips but all the boss kills say 0. I can not figure out how to add the bosses my guild has killed! please please help. thanks
ok guild mate told me where to add the Killed thing in the script (sorry for scripting noob terms) so that works, but is there a way to change the color? right now everything is so gray lookin u cant see it till u mouse over it.
Edit: Nevermind me, forget I said anything...

Getting Started!
Hi all
I'm a bit lost.
Does the Custom Sylesheet code get added to the bottom of Control Panel -> Custom HTML & Script -> Custom CSS - Full Custom CSS?
Where does the content box go?, I can't find any referenece to free form etc?

Hi Tungadin!
Add the CSS code along with the progression box code, since they are both used together. The Full Custom CSS is used only if you are planning on not using the control panel settings at all, so most likely, if you add any extra CSS it should go into the CSS Additions to Standard tab (Control Panel > Custom HTML & Script > Custom CSS > CSS Additions to Standard).
As for the progression box content, it goes into a Free Form Text/HTML type widget (Control Panel > Pages & Content > {Pick a page} > Add Widget tab).
Enter a Title.
Choose "Free Form Text/HTML" type of widget
Choose a page location
Click [ Add this Widget ]
You should be back on the Widgets/Content tab - move the widget as desired.
Click "Edit" in the widget you just added.
Switch the editor to "Raw/Script" mode (upper right corner)
Paste in the progress box code
Make any changes to the CSS/code as desired
Click [ Save ]
