Simply put, how do I add medals to award to my members?

I can't seem to find the option anywhere. Do I need to add a feature to one of the pages in order to access it?

In your Admin Control Panel page, if you choose Site Members, you will get a Member Tasks menu on the left.  There you can add medals.

Once the medals are added, you can award them to your members from the roster page.  Selecting a member to view, and then at the bottom of their info, there will be an option to award a medal.  The medal icon will then show next to their name on the Roster.

You can also add a section to any page that will display who has been awarded a medal, and which (they will show in the box for an amount of time specified by you when you set it up).

Great info, but I can elaborate on his question.  Is there any way to make medals appear in other parts of the website automatically? Like in the Forums under a person's Avatar?

Nope.  Only thing you can do under a person's avatar is the forum progression image.  There are 5 levels, and you can have a different image for each.  But as far as I know, the roster is the only place metals will show up.

And the other problem would be that the medal is awarded to a character and the Forums display the Account name.

So if say account name Joe has six characters, each with different medals, which one would you have displayed under his forum avatar?

You'll see them (1-5) at the very bottom of the list.
