Whenever I click on items in certain content boxes around the page, such as Information Boxes and the Picture Gallery, this:

pops up before any of the normal content does. It is very wierd, and I'd like to know how to fix it.

Hi Faralia!

Did you add some tab bar CSS to your site? I haven't had a chance to look for where it is, but it's being loaded by the popup window. Where ever you added this CSS, you need to add a <style type="text/css"> above it and a </style> to the bottom. Then it'll stop appearing as text in the popup window.

Hi Mottie,

yes I have added some tab bar CSS, however when I try to look through my site's CSS I get completely lost as to what is what!

Ummm well then,
  • Go to your Custom CSS (Control Panel > Custom Code > Custom CSS)
  • Now select all the content in the box (Ctrl-A)
  • Copy it (Ctrl-C).
  • Go to CleanCSS.com
  • Paste (Ctrl-V) the Custom CSS into the CSS-Input.
  • Click "Process CSS"
  • Now scroll down to the box that starts with "html, body, div..."
  • Select all content inside that box... sadly all you can do is Click and drag
  • Copy it (Ctrl-C)
  • Now go back to your Custom CSS
  • Select all (Ctrl-A)
  • Press delete
  • Paste in the new cleaned up CSS (Ctrl-V)
  • Click Save Changes
  • Reload your page and check out the info boxes now.

Thanks Mottie, that got the bulk of the code out of there, however,

still shows up. Hmm...

Oops... stupid thing

I thought it removed the style tags but it didn't... I didn't look close enough sorry.

Look through your CSS for <style type="text/css"> (there's two of these next to each other) and </style> (there's only one), once you remove them you shouldn't have that CSS show up in the popup window anymore.
