Description
This mod allows you to add a YouTube video and change the player styling along with other options. Also, you can easily add a mp3 audio file using the basic Google mp3 player
or a player that can easily be styled (Wordpress player)

Description
This mod opens a popup to notify you if you have a new mail message. It was written for users who wish to hide their top menu bar (state bar/log in bar). Or if you just want a bigger message telling you that you have mail. I've set it up to open either a growl window (timed popup) or a facebox (popup you have to close).

Description
This mod will add CSS classes to the character status, so you can set the color yourself with the CSS and the script will do the rest. Within the script, you can set it to just color the Status column or the entire row. This is what it will look like:

Just so people could get a feel for what Guild Portal is really capable of. I've yet to see anyone use the embedded page feature as I do in the Events tab.
When we are raiding somewhere soon, I set up a relevant page to be displayed, so that all our members know a bit about the place before we go. I think this is an EXCELENT feature! Seriously, I can't recall how many times we'd be meeting up for a raid, and too many people would be asking things they should have known beforehand.
I should add that we are not sponsored, but will be very shortly. One of our members has already volunteered to sponsor us for the first six months, and I will personally be getting the six months after. Just have to wait for Pagnic to get paid 8)

To use an embeddedpage, you need the URL of the page you want to display in a panel within your site. You then add a content panel with
embedded page
as content. Go to the newly modified page and it will say that No page has been set for this embedded page (or something like that). Click the Admin icon you should be able to input the number of lines for the panel and the URL for the embedded page. The number of lines determines the size of the panel.

We use both the images feature of guildportal AND a thumbnail page for highlighting. I set this up about a month ago. I also added embedded panels for magelo profile links and a link to guildmagic on the roster page. A wonderful tool if you ask me.

I took down our embedded page that went to a spot in Everquest.allakhazam.com, and replaced it with links.
I did this mostly because it was loading very very slowly for our members with dial up... Still, it's a GREAT tool, with incredible utility. We'll be using it more in times to come.
Recently there was a link on the Everquestlive.com site to a guild that was hosting an HTML generator that takes data from a guild management window dump and puts it in order for a website.
Very nice tool there, too, and I plan to use an external site to display that HTML, and then embed it on our roster tab.
I like the Magelo idea, but I am careful when it comes to Magelo. Recently, someone in my guild visited a Magelo page that put a small program on his computer. The next time he logged in, all his characters were naked... Soon as Magelo figures out how that was done and prevents it form happening again, I'll probably follow suit in Kurgn's idea 8)
Waiting for the soon coming day that we're sponsored is almost as taxing on my patience as waiting for that income tax return to come in the mail... Should be very very soon 8)

All of his Magelo characters or his actual Everquest characters?
We have about 30 people using magelo and no one has ever had any issue. Sounds a bit strange, but stranger things have happened.
