Hi,

I'm very unfamiliar with guildportal and have never used it in recent years. I'm currently struggling to add my custom made background /header to the site. I find the terminology in the control panel quite confusing. Which feature do I need to go under to upload my banner?

The banner is customized to have a white background as it is faded around the edges. Is there any way to seperately add a completely white background too?

I would gladly explore this myself but my internet is unfortunately not fast enough to live through that with any patience left. So a quick point in the right direction would be brilliant

Join the club the menu system is so convoluted with what seems to be three places to do everything, I am thoroughly confused.  When I do things like I think they should work, it doesn't.  I do some searching and find other places to do it and it still doesn't work.  The only questions in reference to themeing that get answered here are super easy ones.  I am about ready to just host this myself.  If it's going to be this hard for a "solution" why not recreate the wheel and remove all limitations.

Hi DoucheVader & ChancerOstvald!

If you need help, feel free to ask. If you can't figure out how to do something in the control panel (like adding a banner or site background), I can almost bet that Sandy has made a video tutorial about it. The list appears as soon as you open the control panel on the right side and can easily be returned to by clicking the "Control Panel Home" link at the top. If she doesn't have a video about it, then search these forums or check out my Help Site. If you can't find it there, just ask. I've been really busy lately so I may not be able to answer right away, but I always try to answer.
