Mail Notification v6
by Mottie
Description
This mod opens a popup to notify you if you have a new mail message. It was written for users who wish to hide their top menu bar (state bar/log in bar). Or if you just want a bigger message telling you that you have mail. I've set it up to open either a growl window (timed popup) or a facebox (popup you have to close).
For more information on the custom variables, please see
this post
.
To style the growl window (pictured above), use the "Growl Window Styling" Mod or refer to
this post
.
To style the Facebox popup window, please refer to

Hi Moonet_Dor!
The problem you are having is because the entire GuildPortal page is a form. You can't have a form within a form. So it might be best to:
Save your form as a basic HTML page
Upload the file to your GuildPortal file area
Save the link to this file
Add & customize a "embded page" widget
Go to Control Panel > Pages & Content
Choose a page
Click [ Add Widget ]
Enter "embed" in the Search Widgets area, then press enter
Click [ Add to Site ]
Choose middle, make sure it's going to the right page, then name your widget something like "Contact"
Click [ Save New Widget ]
When it asks you to customize, click [ Yes ]
Now paste in the link from the third step above into the "Embedded Page URL" area
Pick a height which will contain all of your page, try something like "200", then you can go back and adjust it as needed.
Click [ Save ]
Reload your GuildPortal page to see the widget.
All that being said, I'm not sure the HTML you have above will work anyway, I've never really messed around with a mail to form so I couldn't tell you for sure that it'll work. If it doesn't work, you might want to check out
