just recently, me and at least a couple other people on this site were having problems with links on our page (you can find my previous post to find out more).  now it seems that i'm having yet another problem again!  is this site always this buggy?  also, how long does it take for their cs to typically respond?  i mean i've only been on here a few weeks and this is my second issue here.  i was hoping down the road to get a paid site and expand, but if they're this unreliable and cs is this difficult to reach, it seems like i might have to search elsewhere.  this is very discouraging cause i really like the site and how easy it is to use, but i can't stick with a site that i never know if it's going to work correctly for members...

anyway, my issues now is with my auto-roster update for wow.  when i click on the "edit" button at the bottom of my roster, it typically takes me to a page that gives me the option to upload a file to update my roster.  now when i click on the "edit" button, it keeps telling me "not found" and isn't opening the page it's supposed to.  is anyone else having this problem?
