Getting Started!

Hello. I have spent many hours trying to figure some things out on my own, with no luck. A few things I have been trying to do, or see if it is possible. I am not experienced in CSS, but getting the hang of it. First, and the main issue, I have been trying to load custom fonts for my entire site. I uploaded all the versions in a new folder on guildportal, and loaded the @font-face in the CSS additions to standard. Although, it is not working, so any help is appreciated. It does not show the files in the file manager, so I assume they are hidden? In my CSS box shows this:

@font-face {
    font-family: 'final_frontierregular';
    src: url('/GuildFiles/******/Fonts/finalnew-webfont.eot');
    src: url('/GuildFiles/******/Fonts/finalnew-webfont.eot?#iefix') format('embedded-opentype'),
         url('/GuildFiles/******/Fonts/finalnew-webfont.woff') format('woff'),
         url('/GuildFiles/******/Fonts/finalnew-webfont.ttf') format('truetype'),
         url('/GuildFiles/******/Fonts/finalnew-webfont.svg#final_frontierregular') format('svg');
    font-weight: normal;
    font-style: normal;

p { font-family: 'final_frontierregular', Arial, sans-serif; }

Was this correct, or did I do something wrong?
Some of the other things I was wondering about, may not have a solution, so I will ask. My site is for my fleet(guild) in Star Trek Online. A lot of the tools available could be utilized, such  as the trade skills widget and crafting widget. However these are coded for a different game. Are these customizable at all, or can something similar be made that is customizable? If not; is it possible to get some kind of form made that members can select what they need from a drop down  box perhaps, and then have it post to a forum, or content box? Thanks for taking the time to look this over hand help if possible.
