Is the forum search function supposed to search the whole message or just the titles?  Perhaps this is a bug? 

Any word on this?

It's been four more months with no additional news.  Aaron, isn't it possible to simply license full-featured forum software and drop it in?  We still don't have the ability to adequately search the forums and this is something that has been asked for, on and off, for years.  I'd search for the old posts but, well, searching is broken here.

Frankly, searching whole posts isn't even adequate.  I read countless forums in which I can search by author name, tag, etc. and I want those features here.  We work hard to encourage our members to use our forums and help keep the site busy, yet the forums are sub-par.  I don't say that to be mean (I like you guys) but the term is accurate.

Finally, as an admin, PLEASE add the ability for me to move a single post from one thread to another.  At the moment, we can move whole threads but some members occasionally post something in the wrong thread.  My only options are to ignore the post or to delete it.  We can move whole threads but that doesn't solve the problem, I just need to move the individual post.

Sigh...  Now it's been two MORE months.  The forums REALLY need a major overhaul.  Please see my post above about the inadequacies.  Is it not possible for GuildPortal to simply license a better forum module and drop it in?
