Okay, this has been a problem not once, but twice. Customer support wasn't any help the 1st time, and I sent in a ticket again because it's happening once again (well it never stopped, I just didn't have the time to deal with the problem at the time).

Here's the thing: I made a guild (crunchyroll.guildportal.com) a bit ago, and I noticed that the only way I could get to it was by clicking "support" and then because I was already logged in at guildportal.com going to "my guilds" and hitting my guild from there. It was fine then. This was because it told me on my site that my password was wrong even though I know it wasn't.

The problem being now is that I logged out of the main guildportal site and it continues to tell me that I have the wrong password even though I know for a fact that my password is correct.

I am paying for this service so to not be able to get into my guilds site and continue updating the site is like a slap in my face. It's my money being flushed down the toilet. I don't mean to sound hostile here, but I am very frustrated by this. I know for a fact that my members in my guild would very much like me back to continue working on the site.

I have deleted all my cookies, all my history, everything that the the first ticket suggested I did to no avail. So please, help me out. Thank you.

I already tried that, and it doesn't work with either browser. And it's obviously something more when I can't even log into the main guildportal site.

Yes... That's how I know for a 100% that my password is right.

The only thing I can think of is that welcome splash page you have... The "enter" image has the guild domain hard-coded into it, so you'd have to be authenticated to the domain first, and there's no way to do that since the only way to login directly to the domain is once you're on the site (past the welcome splash page).

Yup. I can't even log into my main account even though I have the right password. And support hasn't given me a reply at all since I sent it last Thursday night. That's kind of a long time to get zero help for such an important problem as not being able to log in!

I'm giving it a couple more days and if the customer service still doesn't reply to my ticket than I may be finding another site and canceling my subscription. I shouldn't have to wait this long. I mean jeeze, did they hire Nexon's customer service to work for them...
