Val, I tinkered around with the crafting widget on your site (added a new order, toggled show/hide delivered, viewed details, etc), but I couldn't get the error to pop up. Do you have a step-by-step I can follow to reproduce it?

That was posted three weeks ago and it no longer seems to be occurring.  If you did something to fix it, thank you!  The bigger issue is tickets and tracking and I hope you'll change the way things are done.  If we had a useful ticket tracking system, we would both have known this was fixed, saving you time from looking into this.  If you are looking to help with more unanswered problems here are several:

"New Topic" (Reported in August)
Bank Widget Bug
Editing Drops Database (Requested in September)
Custom Application Received Message (Scheduled in the July 13 release but never happened and no responded to since then)

Getting Started!

I am also having trouble getting people to answer my tickets.I am trying to get a banner sorted for my webpage but because its a golfing guild i am having problems getting one and fitting it.The ticket has now been two weeks and no response so i am looking for a guild hosting site with better support.

Frustration mounts.  This is how you close a ticket?  I opened this ticket on 11/23 with a fairly simple request.  The only response I get is "Closed"?  Ok, I can look at my site and see that nothing has changed, the list is still sorted in some unfathomable method instead of the seemingly logical "alphabetical" order.  But seriously, anything would be better than this.  "We can't do it" or "We don't care" or "Here's an option for that" . . . but . . .

With regards to sending website mail.

When you click on "New Messasge" and then drop down the list of site members, the list is now sorted in some fashion beyond my ability to fathom. It used to be sorted by name. Can we please get it sorted by name once again? It's a real nightmare sometimes finding a single person in a list of 120+ names.

Additionally, that list used to show and use the "Handle" of the person, if that person had one entered. Can we get that back as well?
