You can't have more than one character under level 80 in the guild.

After 30 days of inactivity on your "main" ranked char all of your toons (including alts) will be kicked out. Alts get kicked after 60 days (just the inactive alt).

No selling to guild members.

No spamming. Begging for boosts, repeating a sentence too many times, using caps lock and so on is considered spamming.
