Also, what I'll need from you is a list of 1 - 4 delegates from your guild to the NCG council (Note, they do need to be Officers / Leaders, but they traditionally are). Delegate access will be on hold for a few days as we are discussing other DAoS guilds, and since discussion on all 5 overlaps between the threads, they cannot be moved. Guilds are not allowed to see their own discussion thread, and it's removed upon their joining. We'll give you guys delegate access as soon as possible )

I added AoA to the Guild Field at registration and changed yours. Please have people registering be sure to choose AoA as their guild so I know to tag them with forum access. Please have people register asap (Note: AoA is last on the guild list due to a bug in the software that screws up the guild field for everyone. New guilds will be added at the end going forward until it's fixed =/)

I'll also need a link to your guild's webpage (or none).

Also, here's what we came up with on the DKP thing. Everyone's DKP will be split equally between the 3 raids and then scaled to meet our currency. Anyone who doesn't meet a certain number will automatically have their DKP shifted upwards to meet that value. So the people near the top of your DKP list will be able to carry in a good chunk, and the people near the middle - bottom of the list will all be bumped up. You guys earned more than us on average, so unfortunately your DKP was scaled down to ours. Below are the details:

DAoS DKP will be converted after they attend one raid and send a tell to the DKP Admin to have it converted. It will be available on the next raid, it will not be available on the first. DKP will no longer be converted on or after Sunday, July 12 at 6am EST.

DKP will be distributed as follows:

Your DAoS DKP will be chopped into thirds and one third allocated to each NCG Raid (WEAK, FNR, SNCR):

Your DKP will then be multiplied by the average DKP earned a night on that specific raid, and divided by your average DKP a night (gained by averaging your last 20 raids), which was 9.
WEAK and SNCR Average: 6
FNR Average: 4

Each DKP will be rounded to the nearest integer.

WEAK/SNCR Equation: DAoS_DKP / 3 * 6 / 9 = New DKP
FNR Equation: DAoS_DKP / 3 * 4 / 9 = New DKP

For example:
Someone with 90 DAoS DKP would have 30 allocated to SNCR and WEAK and would have via the equation, 20 DKP on SNCR AND 20 DKP on WEAK.

This method was used because it takes the DKP you've earned with DAoS and evenly divides you between our three economies, as well as brings you guys down to an equal exchange rate.

Special Cases: If your converted amount on SNCR is less than 26, you will be given 26 DKP instead. Also, any DKP earned raiding with SNCR prior will be added in AFTER the conversion. So if you convert in at 15, you'll be bumped up to 26 and then the 6 you earned raiding on 2/28 will be added.

If your converted amount on WEAK is less than 21, you will be bumped up to 21 automatically.

FNR's minimum or maximum are TBD.

If you have a past history of raiding with NCG, you will continue with any previously accumulated DKP and are ineligible to transfer in your DAoS DKP.
