Usually I am the speaker, the leader. Some think the officers should do things. But most important is the leader should be present everyday to address new concerns and new information based on what the guild needs to improve on.

I, riseofsatan, most known as the leader into battle. Address this information dire the concern to close raid and party leads. I might be an officer, but i mostly act upon the second father. I will do everything for my people, and I tend to plan new information addressing my raid information and what times I will be raiding. The more important thing, is for my children, my fellow guildies to take the initiative to join me into battle.
