puzzle 
The box below is the "word search maker" and the result is on the right. Both boxes were added as an "embedded page" content type.

Puzzle Maker
Main tab:
  • Enter the words you want to add
Options:
  • The puzzle on the right is 10 x 10, so you can easily test it
  • The default values in this tab are located in this file (it also has the default text for the code you want to give for finishing the puzzle:

    To replace it: log in to your account at ripway.com (the log is the same as your photobucket account)

  • Try out the different puzzle styles - very cool
Options2:
  • How you want the maker to add the words, default is the most difficult with words placed forwards, backwards, diagonal, up and down
  • Word list placement is default to the bottom since the window width it limited
  • Sort alphabetically was checked for the box on the right
  • Lowercase letters makes it more difficult to read
  • Use word list letters tells the maker to only use the same letters, making the word find more difficult
Load:
  • Only used to test your puzzle - not really necessary
Information
  • After creating a puzzle, you can refresh (re-create) the puzzle by pressing the "R" key.. this also works in the completed puzzle on the right

  • To save your completed puzzle, press "S" and you will see a code box (for the load tab - don't bother) and a link named "Save game address"... right click on this link and "Copy Link Location". This is the link I pasted into the "embedded page" box on the right.

  • To change the background image of the puzzle, just edit the CSS of the "wordsearch.htm" file.
    • Log into your ripway account.
    • Click to view your files
    • Click on the "wordpuzzle" directory
    • Find "wordsearch.htm" and click on "Edit Text"
    • look in the CSS portion for:
