Ive already smoked a turkey, and an extra turkey breast, with a memphis rub.  Brown Sugar, paprika, onion and garlic powder, cayenne, little salt.  Yum.

Green bean casserole, yams, rolls, mashed taters, etc etc.

I almost forgot, since we're going to the beach with extended family, I'm also buying one of those huge honeybaked hams.  Delicious!

My wife is planning on making caramel cake.  Apparently its a southern treat, but waaaay too sweet for me.
