We are an end game / heroic raiding guild and expect our players to be completely compitent when knowing there class.  Druid tanks are possibly the hardest to gear / enchant and from what i see you've gone about it all wrong.  According to your application and armory link, you socket pure stam, which is ok if your capped in all your must have stats, which you are not.  131 hit rating / 4% hit is unacceptable as a tank or any class for that matter.  There are several boss encounters where a taunt HAS to be made and if not could possibly wipe an encounter.  Some examples of these fights are Saurfang, especially heroic he heals so much and stacks so much BP is hes hitting the tank with the mark, Festergut, if you miss a taunt when the current tank has 9 stacks and the 10th is applied you will quite literally blow up your entire melee and your tank, Professor, if your first stacks on your first tank rotation is messed up the healing will become unberable second time around, Sindragosa, if you miss a taunt when current tank has too many stacks of buffet and he has to wait frost breath will surely kill him along with cleave right after, and LK, missing a taunt on a soul reaper with no external cooldowns available for the current tank will surely wipe that attempt quickly.  Not being hit capped is HUGE and if you do not intend to become capped, the least you should do is glyph for taunt, increasing the hit of your taunt by 8%.  
        Since were on glyphs now, rebirth is useless for a tank, you dont get many opportunities to rez during an encounter.  Maul is another one that is just ok, while very handy for trash and 5 mans, on boss encounters this does nothing for you, and the only way you move up in ranks is boss fights, so glyph for what matters.  Some sudgestions glyph wise might be mangle, if you havnt noticed they switched this glyph from increasing the duration of the ability to increasing the damage of the ability.  Glyphing mangle is very helpfull for threat if your specd into improved mangle, more mangles in your rotation that hit harder = win.  The other glyph i highly sudgest is survival instincts.  This is a must have for druid tanks.  Even tho it is a 3 min cd, you use this ability as the very last O SHIT button so it has to be as affective as possible.  Glyphing this will give you an additional 15% of your maximum health for the duration of the cd, allowing healers a little more room to get you topped off.  For minor glyphs i strongly reccomend thorns and glyph of the wild or thorns and dash to replace your aquatic form and challending roar.  There is no water in raids...so why swim faster.  Thorns will allow this buff to last an hour instead of 10 min, and there is some fights that last that long, so instead of reapplying thorns when it wears off why not assure yourself it will be on you for as long as it can be.  Challending roar is another good glyph for 5 mans but worthless in raids.  You have 2 other tanks to help you with trash and if your using your aoe taunt more than once every 2 minutes something is wrong.  Use wild or dash instead, feral tanks dont have much mana so when you might have to throw out a group buff in a fight then switch back to a form, this allows you to use little mana.  Dash is highly reccomended too, if your off tanking and in kitty form for the time being and need to run something out of raid quickly this will assure the ability is up promptly if needed again later in the fightl.
        Back to sockets for a second.  Personally I use Agi Stam for red, Stam for blue, and Hit Stam for yellow.  Druid tanks only have there hp and armor really going for them in icc so socketing the Agi Stam will gain u a touch of dodge, armor, crit, and ap.  Hit Stam is where your going to get that hit cap i was talking about earlier.  Even though its only 10, druids actually have alot of yellow sockets in our end game gear, so 10 adds up quickly.
        Your gear might be the best you can get atm, but you should be looking for some major upgrades here soon.  With all the badges you spent on the chest and gloves you should have probably gone with tier instead.  The 4 set is quite nice for tanking.  Youve got the bracers from Saurgang so i know youve done lewtship, look at getting the Sack of Wounder, this will help you with your hit as well, then focus on getting the other tier pieces.  Your expertise is pretty good, but only because of your weapon.  When you get the tier pants you can start looking for a way better weapon because you will more than make up for the expertise loss.  Your neck is a dps neck for sure, the neck from togc 10 would be better that that one, if you cant get the Medallion from Rotface.  I know the Agi and Stam is the exact same on your current gloves and the tier gloves but you will need the tier to complete the 4 set if you replace your weapon and pants.  Also you should aim for the trinket out of toc 25, the Scarab, or hell even the Black Heart out of toc 5 man.  While the armor is good on your current trinket, the cd on it makes it stupid.  Aim for sustained stam with nice procs on trinkets or sustained stam with low cooldowns or stacking effects.  Lastly, go Mongoose on the weapon.  The sustained 35 Agi use to be nice, but since the icd (internal cooldown) of Mongoose was lowered, you get more armor, dodge, crit, ap, haste per minute that with just 35 agi.
        Professions play a pretty big roll on your main raiding toon.  I would stongly reccomend not having a farming profession.  Mostly ALL of our raiders have 2 crafting professions, ensuring they min / max there stats to there highest potential.  Instead of Skinning which just gives you crit, i would sudgest JC or LW.  The stam you gain from the 50 stam gems or the 102 stam bracers is by far the best you can get over anything else.
        Lastly, when filling out an application, dont lie, or at least clearify.  You said you were 11/12 icc 10 and 10/12 icc 25.  I looked at your achievements on you applied toon and from what i see you are 10/12 icc 10 and 7/12 icc 25.  If you have done the other bosses on another toon, please notify us, we need to know if you know the fights or not.  I would rather wipe teaching a person a new fight than wipe thinking everyone knows when they dont.

Well for once i wasnt trying to be mean at all.  I think what i put was extremely helpfull to any druid, basically a druid guide.  But ya fix some of that stuff and respond with a new armory link and we can talk.

Hey guys, sorry, to be quite frank the following fun little things have happened that have led me to not respond to shit lately: Women drama, she's been pissed at me for whatever.  Follow by more women drama.  Follow by me finding out she had been cheating on me and gave me an STD... so, if you don't mind, perhaps my not answering the fun wall length of shit may be a bit excused.

I completely agree with the gemming aspect that you posted and even perhaps the gear... kind of.  I regemmed, and as it is I'm less than 1% away from hit cap and 2 % away from exp cap.  I didn't change gear because I'm waiting on tokens from 25M ICC in order to upgrade gloves and whatever else piece it is that I have.  But as it stands I don't think that I have wasted any sort of pieces or gear for raiding purposes.  I simply replaced any unnecessary dodge or defense with agil or hit/exp.  I'll switch up my glyphs if that's absolutely necessary but I've adjusted those as well.

(Also, the reason they were like that to even begin with, is because Torrent was absolutely retarded and thought certain things were more necessary than others)
