Who are we? We are a group of friends that have been playing quite a while and have many great ideas about what to do to achieve the great rewards of Norrath. We believe that the greatest potential of a guild comes from the quality of the members, not the quantity of them. We have no desire to be the largest guild or the most powerful on Saryrn. Our experiences have proven the fact that the need for tactical experience greatly outweighs the need of having massive numbers of people to complete a task. We feel that a group of tight friends that will go to extremes to help one another and to ultimately seek out what EQ is about is much more enjoyable than a vast number of individuals that are not capable to work well as a team.
But don't be fooled. Our time in this game has also shown our primary focus to be a necessity for a guild to survive. That is fun. This game exists as a means of entertainment and fun. That is why people playing this game to start with. You must have fun and if you can't achieve that you need to find something else to do with your time. As tasks are completed and mobs are conquered down the line it is all in the interest of having fun.
The officer base of HotW will not tolerate under any circumstances the under minding or disrespect toward other guildmates. Our goal is to be a small, tight group of people that work well as a team to accomplish the tasks at hand. When people become absorbed under minding others, our main focus of enjoument becomes compromised and it takes away from the enjoyment of everyone. WE WILL ASK MEMBERS TO LEAVE IF THEY CANNOT ADHERE TO THIS POLICY.
What you can expect from us. You can expect to have knowledgeable leadership and members that are eager to help you with your endeavors and enjoy a spirit of teamwork and cooperation. We enjoy a good chat as well as a good kill. We respect others in this game as we would respect each other, for their interests may be different but that doesn’t mean they are wrong. We work hard to achieve our goals and to equipt ourselves to meet the higher challenges this game has to offer. You can expect your officers to be fair in any decisions made. They are also willing to assist with questions about the game and in most cases lend a hand in completing it.
What we we'll expect from you.. We will expect the same courtesies described above from you as you will receive from us. You should not expect massive numbers of people in the guild online as we are very selective with each member we invite into the guild because as we said above it is about quality of the members not the quantity.
Above all, we expect you to respect other players in Norrath whether or not a part of Hexx of the Witch. Please keep in mind that all your actions have a direct or indirect impact on the guild as a whole.
